What We Do
The institute offers practical training programs that are developed for allied health professionals; Foreign Medical Graduates and existing ultrasound technologists who wish to acquire additional skills in ultrasound examination.
We can make learning ultrasound easy for everyone at a low cost. We offer personalized hands-on courses to empower you with the skills you need to be successful in this field by strengthening knowledge and clarifying existing understanding of basic ultrasound physics and instrumentation, medical terminology, anatomy, scanning techniques and Canadian and American protocols for carrying out ultrasound examination.
The courses are taught by an ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) certified instructor with almost 20 years of teaching experience in the field, as well as experience working as an ultrasonographer in Canada. She knows that hospitals and clinics are looking for skillful people for jobs. She is also a member of SDMS (Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography).
We can prepare you for the ARDMS and other Canadian registry examinations to get certified.
A certificate of participation is awarded to participants upon successful completion of our training programs.
We offer both theory and practical classes for most of the diagnostic procedures. Our courses are short and to-the-point, giving you the skills you need to succeed in an exciting career in this medical field.
